Tuktoyaktuk Community
Tuktoyaktuk, located on the Beaufort Sea, is surrounded by the greatest concentration of natural pingos in the world. These cone-shaped hills are formed by a buildup of ice under the tundra. Tourists visit the community to dip their toes in the Arctic Ocean.
