Quality Management Program

Beaufort Delta Health and Social Services (accredited by CCHSA) develops, implements, maintains and evaluates a Quality Management Program. The program is designed to continuously improve outcomes for staff and clients.

Quality:

"The degree of excellence; the extent to which an organization meets clients' needs and exceeds their expectations."

Quality Improvement:

"Organizational philosophy that seeks to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations by using a structured process that selectively identifies and improves all aspects of service."
